Kitty turned 9 years old on Saturday and we had a birthday party for him! It was partly just for fun and also so Connor could experience a birthday at home before his own birthday next week. Whenever he sees a candle or a cupcake, he says, "Happy Birthday!" which I'm pretty sure he learned at daycare. He was with me when we bought the cupcake, he kinda knew what to expect when we sat down for the party.
We sang "Happy Birthday" to Kitty and then we all blew out the candle together.
I tried to get a few photos of Kitty and Connor, but he wasn't very cooperative!
And finally, we got to eat the cupcake! Connor also opened Kitty's gift which was a can of food that he enjoyed while we ate our cupcake.
