By presents time, Connor was getting a little crazy and wanted to play more than actually open gifts. But presents are my favorite part of birthdays!
He loves the cards and the tissue paper more than the actual opening of the gifts...

He also kept crawling away to play with Miss Sabrina instead of helping open gifts!
And cruising the coffee table...
I was super excited to open this big gift from Aunt Julie & Uncle Sam - the Radio Flyer 4 in 1 bike!
At the end, we said, "Thank you," for all the wonderful gifts...
We watched the slideshow of Connor's first year as he was getting sleepy.
Connor nursed and then changed into his sock monkey pajamas to come down and say goodnight to everyone.
After Connor went to bed, Kitty realized he could be the center of attention!
We cleaned up the kitchen and then everyone went outside in the backyard to play games and chat.
Daddy built a bonfire using all the extra firewood in the backyard that we've been saving for way too long!
It was such a fun night and everything turned out perfectly! After all the stress, cleaning and planning, I was so happy with how everything turned out. Connor had a great time and we were so lucky to have so many friends and family come to celebrate with us!
