Today is the day! My little guy is 1 year old!
To be completely honest, the 12 month pictures were the hardest! You all got me. It took us a few attempts on different nights to get him to sit still for these!
It was a little weird to be done with the calendar. I'm not sure if I should be sad or excited...Maybe a little of both?
This was when Connor discovered that he could stand in his crib.NO!
Luckily, he hasn't done it since then, so he must have forgotten how fun it was...
12 Month Stats:
Weight: 18 lbs, 15 oz. (5%)
Height: 28.75" (25%)
12 Month Milestones:
• still eating everything we give him and had his first taste of birthday cake
• professional crawler
• cruising like crazy
• loves pulling up on the window, front door, shower door
• waving
• said his first word: bye-bye
• crawled up all the steps in the house
• sleeping 11-12 hours with 1-2 naps
• starting to mimic people's hand movements or sounds
• starting to point at things
• did great on his first night without Mommy
• still in mostly 6 month clothes, 9 month pajamas, moved to size 3 diapers
• played with crayons for the first time
• attended The Big Latch On 2012
• suffered from another ear infection and will be meeting with the ENT doctor
Hey I think Benjamin and Connor have the same crib. Benjamin loves standing up in his crib. It is all he does in there! It is bittersweet being done with the calendar. He is a big boy now... but still your little baby with so much more to learn and grow. Cheers to another wonderful year a head of you!
