Precious Siblings

Heart melted.

It's taken 4 months for him to ask to hold her, but he finally did it this week!  I think he knew it was momentous because he posed for so many photos!  Then he said, "Take her back.  She's too little."

Yom Kippur Weekend

On Friday, Grandma & Grandpa drove in for the weekend, so we went out for dinner at their favorite pizza place.  Considering how long it took them to make the pizza, Connor did awesome at the table and he loved playing with his grandparents.

On Saturday, we hit a record for snow very early in the season and it was freezing out!  Caylee looked adorable and cozy all bundled up to run some errands with me during the day.

Daddy and Grandpa were busy building our new shed, so Connor & Grandma played in the leaves.

Connor told me he was going to build a snowman!

In the evening, we all went over to Grammy & Grandpa's house for Yom Kippur.  Caylee wore her new red party dress and navy & red heart leggings with red socks :)

Connor and Emmett were absolutely adorable together.  This is really the first time I've seen them play really well together and he even showed Emmett how he goes potty like a big boy!

After dinner, they changed into jammies for dessert.  Connor picked out his own little pink cake to eat and then we went home for a [very] late bedtime!

Our Week

He's been so exhausted lately from all the activities and running around! I can't believe I was able to get all the way into his room to take photos and he didn't even wake up!

Caylee loves her Papa!  He thought her smiles were the best!

Ummm, they took over the bed, so where am I going to lay down?

And they did it again the next night!

Lately, when I pick Connor up at daycare, he doesn't want to leave!  On Friday, I found him at the sensory table playing with bubbles.  I've been giving him a choice of going with me to the baby room (like we usually do) or staying for a few more minutes to play and he's been wanting to play!  I think he feels grown up since he's been spending more time in the older preschool room recently too.
