We had a great time on the long holiday weekend with 4 days off from school/work and a lot of special Mommy & Connor bonding. To start the weekend off, we went out for pizza on Wedsnesday night. Mommy and Daddy quickly learned that it is not a good idea to order a deep dish pizza and get Connor's dinner 30 minutes before the pizza is ready. (Not our choice, but the waitress didn't even ask!) Connor spent the extra time playing in the booth...

On Thursday, the 4th of July, Connor and I went to a unique park with a huge castle playground.
It was really hot out, but we had a lot of fun running around, climbing, and exploring all the little activities in the park.

Daddy kept trying to get Connor splash Mommy with water from the cup!
