Might be the cutest thing ever! Like father, like son...

After we woke Connor up from his LONG (3.5 hour) nap, we headed out to the I Love Trains and Toys shop that I read so much about. This is heaven for kids and he ran around playing with everything he could get his hands on.
We told him he could pick out one (very small) thing to take home as his souvenir like my parents used to do when we were kids. There was a little rubber sock monkey that he seemed to be very interested in, so we bought that for him.
We had an early dinner at Redamak's that had a lot of great reviews online. It was very kid-friendly so it worked well for us that night. He was extra feisty! He insisted on drinking from the big boy cup even though we usually try to avoid that because it ends in a mess.
Connor got his favorite mini corn dogs for dinner and happily dipped them in ketchup.
After dinner, we took a long walk to the beach and playground. Even though it was a little cold out, we stopped for ice cream. This was Connor's first visit to an ice cream shop and I think he's starting to figure out what ice cream is. I ordered him a kiddie cup of vanilla and he pigged out.
After a few minutes, he got distracted by the kids toys they had in the corner, so he played with those while Daddy and I ate our ice cream. On our walk back to the hotel, Connor started motioning that he wanted my ice cream cone. I gave it to him so he could taste it and then he stole it!
How can I say no to this little face?
It was a very long but fun day for Connor! He even snuggled for a few minutes with Daddy before bed!
