Great weather for a visit to the park!

Connor found an old tree that he loved climbing on and he cleaned off the stump!

Caylee has been eyeing a pair of Connor's underwear in the clean laundry pile for days and she kept trying to put them on...so I helped her out!

Miss Piggy stole Connor's bacon right off his plate!  And then later she stole his bowl of spaghetti off the table!

We finally had extra time to go to the park one evening after dinner and Caylee finally decided she loved the swings!

I did a pretty good job of convincing her that they're fun!

Our Week

Best worst laundry helper ever!

Now that she's into everything, she makes laundry pretty difficult.  She was throwing her toys in the baskets, mixing up clothes, and taking things out of piles.  The only positive part was that she found Dada's key to the shed!

We had a couple beautiful days during the week, so we had a picnic dinner in the backyard one night.  While Dada was cooking, we played in the grass and Connor found our shadow.

We also went for a wagon ride...that tummy!

Fun Family Weekend!

Connor has been asking for a picnic, so Saturday was the perfect day to finally do it.  The weather was great, so I made sandwiches and we ate lunch outside.

On Saturday afternoon, we went to Isaac & Kurt's 1st birthday party.  It was the perfect day for a party outside and the kids had a blast!

Once we finally got Connor to go in the bounce house, he loved it!  Caylee was jealous and seemed very interested in trying it out.  Let me in!

After we got dressed, we went to the park in between the rain storms.

With all the rain, we had to find things to do inside the house, so we baked cookies.  Connor requested that they be in a C shape for Connor.

Picnic in the Park

Last Sunday, we went to the annual Picnic in the Park in our neighborhood.  I used to go when I was younger, so it's fun to bring my own family now.

Connor helped himself to some popcorn as soon as we got there for an afternoon snack.

It took a little time, but he finally warmed up enough to feed the "baa baa black sheep" some of their food.

When he saw the little mini golf game, he was so excited to try it.  He was definitely the youngest one there, but he impressed us by knowing exactly what to do!
