It's been a month and Connor seems to really be enjoying his new daycare. He definitely has a favorite teacher who said Connor is her boyfriend. (He got a cougar!) He's the first one there in the morning so he gets extra one-on-one time with her. I've also heard he has a hard time focusing on eating because he won't stop looking around the room for her. Looks like Mommy has some competition now! He also has a friend, Dylan, that he's been playing with a lot. They share toys and hang out together on their tummies since they're not crawling yet like some of the other kids.Last week, they had Red Day and took a cute photo of everyone wearing their color. It's so cute! And he looks adorable sitting with the "big kids" by himself! He wore red socks, but they must have come off sometime during the day...
The one thing that's hard for me is that they don't have the daily email highlights like the old location had. I feel like I don't know what he does all day and it makes me sad. By seeing the photos, I kind of feel like I know what he's doing and how he spends his time. When I picked him up last week, I mentioned something about the emails and they told me they would be doing them soon! They just need to get the computers hooked up. Big smile from me!
One of the girls also mentioned that Connor fell asleep on the boppy while he was playing and she took a photo to send to the other girl who was off because it was cute. She texted it to me when I was there and I love it! He never does this at home! (It was pajama day so he was showing off his lion butt jammies!)
