We've been working very hard on manners in the past week. I've started to ask him to say "please" when he wants something. It comes out as "pleesh" which is so adorable! I'm so proud of him that he's started to pick this up!

Steak & Shake Hat
Last week, we stopped at Steak & Shake for dinner for Connor's first time. It's not a place we got very often and I don't think I've even been in one since college. But you can't be that kids eat free on Saturday nights, so we ran in for a cheap dinner (and shakes).
Not too eventful for dinner, but Connor got to order his own kids meal with milk, mini corn dogs and fries. The best part of the dinner was when I said something about how I wanted to get one of those little paper hats for Connor. Connor heard the word "hat," so he put his corn dog on his head to show off his hat!
